~A Promise Of A Sweet Return~

I am taking a week's vacation to visit my mom and dad and when I return,
 I promise to return to blogging.
My friend called and reminded me that it was the first of October since I last posted and she was ready for an update, (she's so much fun and I just love her) I had no idea it had been so long.

 Time flies,  even though I have enjoyed the fall season and celebrated Halloween on Saturday night,  I woke up Sunday morning to a startling realization, " OMG, it's November 1st.",  I couldn't believe it.
I have so much to share and tell you.


I am looking forward to winter,
the warmth of the fireplace,
simmered suppers,
holiday planning,
card parties and game night,....and
snuggling with  the sexiest man on earth under the thickest, fuzziest pink blanket known to man.

After the whirlwind summer I have had, winter sounds pretty good for a change.
